John Knox Manor is looking for PART-TIME Front Desk Clerks to join our team in our Retirement Tower office. The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors and clients of the organization.

The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Currently we are accepting applications for the following open PART-TIME positions:

• Weekend Front Desk Clerk – 1 st SHIFT - 8am - 4pm, Every Other Saturday & Sunday
• Weekend Front Desk Clerk - 2nd Shift 4Pm-midnight, Every other Saturday & Sunday

Responsibilities for Front Desk Receptionist:

• Guest services – Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the community and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see. Answer all phone calls sent to the main office and provide inter-office messages as requested. 
• Security - Monitor Cameras from the desk and make rounds (evening shift)

Requirements:

• A high school diploma is required
• Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
• Excellent communication and writing skills
