Job Description

Associate Director of Biostatistics at Bristol Myers Squibb contributes to clinical trial design, statistical analysis planning, protocol development, and regulatory submissions across oncology and other therapeutic areas. Responsibilities

• Collaborate on clinical trial design, including study population and endpoint selection
• Author and review protocols, statistical analysis plans, clinical study reports, and publications
• Present analyses and summary data clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple studies within an indication to ensure consistency and quality standards
• Provide statistical support for health authority requests and regulatory submissions

Requirements

• PhD with 6+ years or MS with 8+ years in statistics, biostatistics, or related field
• Clinical trials, drug development, or pharmaceutical industry experience
• Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation
• Expertise in statistical and clinical trial methodology applied to drug development
• Understanding of regulatory landscape and participation experience in regulatory interactions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and project management skills
• People management experience preferred for manager-track positions

Compensation: Princeton: $189,670–$229,834; Seattle: $208,640–$252,824; Brisbane/Cambridge: $218,120–$264,308
